Eidevall on team news, Miedema and Hacken disappointment
Arsenal manager Jonas Eidevall insists his team are 'really looking forward' to the clash with Manchester United on Saturday
The Gunners will be without a number of key players for the match, including Vivianne Miedema, who is still recovering from a knee injury.
Eidevall says he is 'disappointed' that Miedema will not be available for the match, but he is confident that his team can cope without her.
Eidevall on team news
“We have a few players out injured at the moment, but we have a strong squad and we are confident that we can cope without them,” Eidevall said.
“Vivianne Miedema is still out with a knee injury, but she is making good progress and we hope to have her back soon.
“We also have a few other players who are carrying knocks, but we are hopeful that they will be fit to play on Saturday.”
Eidevall on Miedema
"Vivianne is a world-class player and she is a big miss for us, but we have other players who can step up and fill her shoes," Eidevall said.
"We have a lot of quality in our squad and we are confident that we can score goals without her."
Eidevall on Hacken disappointment
"We were disappointed to lose to Hacken in the Champions League, but we learned a lot from the game," Eidevall said.
"We need to be more clinical in front of goal and we need to be more solid defensively.
"We will work on these things in training this week and we will be ready for Manchester United on Saturday.”
