Reset iPod resolves most issues

If your iPod artwork is mixed up, a reset may resolve the issue. To reset your iPod, follow these steps: 1. Connect your iPod to your computer. 2. Open iTunes. 3. Click on the "iPod" icon in the top left corner of the iTunes window. 4. Click on the "Summary" tab. 5. Click on the "Restore" button. 6. Click on the "Restore" button again to confirm.

If Reset Fails

If you reset your iPod and the artwork is still mixed up, you may need to delete the artwork cache. To delete the artwork cache, follow these steps: 1. Connect your iPod to your computer. 2. Open iTunes. 3. Click on the "iPod" icon in the top left corner of the iTunes window. 4. Click on the "Summary" tab. 5. Click on the "Advanced" button. 6. Check the box next to "Manually manage music and videos". 7. Click on the "OK" button. 8. Eject your iPod from your computer. 9. Turn off your iPod. 10. Turn on your iPod. 11. Connect your iPod to your computer. 12. Open iTunes. 13. Click on the "iPod" icon in the top left corner of the iTunes window. 14. Click on the "Music" tab. 15. Select all of the songs in your iPod's library. 16. Right-click on the selected songs and select "Delete from Library". 17. Click on the "Delete" button to confirm. 18. Eject your iPod from your computer. 19. Turn off your iPod. 20. Turn on your iPod. 21. Connect your iPod to your computer. 22. Open iTunes. 23. Click on the "iPod" icon in the top left corner of the iTunes window. 24. Click on the "Music" tab. 25. Drag and drop the songs that you want to sync to your iPod from your computer's library to your iPod's library. 26. Click on the "Sync" button.
